Code of conduct

Last updated October 1, 2026

Our standard

Quorum is for everyone who runs, builds or serves B2B companies. We expect attendees, speakers, sponsors, staff and volunteers to treat each other with respect in every session, social event and online channel.

What’s not OK

Harassment, intimidation or discrimination in any form. That includes offensive comments, unwelcome photography or recording, unwanted physical contact and repeated disruption of talks.

Sponsors and exhibitors

Booths, demos and materials should suit a professional audience. Don’t scan the badge of anyone who hasn’t agreed to it.

If something happens

Talk to any member of staff, visit the help desk in the Pier 27 lobby or email conduct@quorumconf.com. Reports are handled in confidence.

What we’ll do

We may warn, remove or ban anyone who breaks this code, without a refund. We’ll also help you contact venue security or the police, and make sure you feel safe for the rest of the event.
