What we collect
Your name, email, company, job title and pass details when you register, plus anything you choose to add, like dietary or accessibility needs. Payments go through our payment provider; we never see your full card number.
How we use it
To run the event: issue your pass, send updates, plan catering and accessibility, and improve next year’s program. We don’t sell your data.
Sponsors
Your details are only shared with a sponsor if you choose to, for example by letting them scan your badge or booking a meeting with them.
Cookies and analytics
We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the site is used. We don’t use advertising cookies.
Keeping your data
We keep registration records for three years for tax and accounting, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing privacy@quorumconf.com. We reply within 30 days.
